1. What a cookie is
A cookie or tracker is a small file or piece of information stored on your device when you visit a website or use an app. Some are essential for the service to work; others require your consent.
2. On the winecrm.app website
The website uses no advertising cookies, no advertising tracking tools and no embedded social networks. This is why no consent banner is displayed.

Audience measurement uses Matomo, hosted by FlowLabs. It is configured in line with the CNIL’s recommendations for consent exemption: truncated IP address, purpose limited to measuring the website’s audience, no cross-referencing with other processing or other websites, data kept for 25 months maximum.
Object to audience measurement:
Links to the App Store, Google Play or Google Calendar (demo booking) take you to third-party services, which set their own cookies under their own rules.
3. In the web application (app.winecrm.app)
The application uses only strictly necessary trackers: keeping you signed in, security and remembering your display preferences. They do not require consent. During payment, Stripe’s secure page sets the cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention. If you sign in with Google or Apple, these services set the cookies needed for authentication.
4. In the mobile apps
The WineCRM iOS and Android apps include no advertising or cross-app tracking tools and do not use the device’s advertising identifier. The technical data needed to keep you signed in is stored securely on the device.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in to the web application.
